I believe that the Quantiles map is the best form of classification because it shows a better range in the data analysis. It also gives you a better view of the data on the map verses the other three maps.
Think about color choice...try and reserve blue for water. Also consider all those decimal points in your legend. Are they needed? Good logic on your choice.
